Return Policy

Eligibility

Items can be returned within 7 days of delivery, as long as they're unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. A valid order number or receipt is required.

Non-Refundable Items

Because many of our gifts are curated or made-to-order, the following can't be returned:

  • Personalised or customised items (engraving, monogramming, custom gift boxes)
  • Perishables such as flowers or chocolates
  • Opened gift hampers
  • Items marked as final sale

Damaged Or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, let us know within 48 hours with photos of the product and packaging. We'll arrange a free replacement or full refund.

How To Return Something

  1. Email giftcorneruaebusiness@gmail.com or message us on WhatsApp with your order number.
  2. We'll confirm eligibility and share pickup/drop-off details.
  3. Once received and inspected, refunds or exchanges are processed within 5–7 business days.

Refunds & Exchanges

Refunds go back to your original payment method (or bank transfer/store credit for cash-on-delivery orders). Shipping fees aren't refundable unless the mistake was ours. Need a different design or size instead? We're happy to arrange an exchange, subject to availability
